Returns Policy

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Liv's Laundry purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will work with you to make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original or substantially original condition.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).

We do accept returns on opened products if you are unsatisfied with the performance of the product. You do not need to return a full or unused bag to qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at livslaundryco@outlook.com with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. To request an exchange, contact us at livslaundryco@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If you received a damaged product, please include photos in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that have been used for more than a reasonable trial period (approximately one week of use), items returned without prior authorization, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at livslaundryco@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
