Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and order details to ensure the best delivery experience.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping is something we are actively working toward.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered, Liv's Laundry Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at livslaundryco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Liv's Laundry Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at livslaundryco@outlook.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships but cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.
